  • • Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers.
  • • Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, online marketing, and networking events.
  • • Conduct property tours and provide information to clients on features, benefits, and specifications of each property.
  • • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including documentation, contracts, and payments.
  • • Attend company meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up to date on industry trends and sales techniques.

  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai

      We are looking for a competent accountant who can maintains financial records and assists general day to day tasks within the finance department. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for computing, classifying, and recording expenditures and revenue data to keep the company’s financial records complete.

      Duties & Responsibilities:
      • • Manage all accounting transactions.
      • • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
      • • Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
      • • Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
      • • Prepare payment cheques, bank transfers etc. as required
      • • Prepare and maintain periodic month end reconciliations of Vendors and suppliers.
      • • Revenue expenses closing and reporting.
      • • Ensure approved payments are released as per agreed payments and all documents are in compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
      • • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
      • • 2 to 4 years of real estate work experience in UAE
      • • Should have working knowledge of Cloud ERP.
      • • Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures.

      Proficient in MS office.


        We are looking for a hostess to meet and greet our visitors/guests. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

        • • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
        • • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
        • • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
        • • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
        • • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
        • • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
        • • Update calendars and schedule meetings
        • • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
        • • Proven work experience as a hostess, Front Office Representative, or similar role
        • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
