The plans for the new Dubai tower in Jumeirah Village Circle (affectionately known as JVC) have just been unveiled, and it’s a paradise for anyone who loves the idea of having their own private pool.
Launched by Acube Developments, the Electra Tower will span 38 floors and will have everything you need to keep cool in the summer, so let’s dive in.
First up are the 2-bedroom apartments that will each be constructed with private pools out on the balconies that measure 4.6m by 1.8m in size.
If you’re not floating out on the balcony, residents can also enjoy whipping something up in their beautiful Italian kitchen, or making use of the smart home facilities.
Not all of the 278 apartments inside the Electra tower will have their own pool, but fear not, the gigantic rooftop sky pool might just suffice.
Speaking of pools, downstairs there will also be a beach-themed pool, a mini-water park with slides, a gym, sauna and even yoga and aerobics rooms.
If you want somewhere to dry off from your dip, there will also be an indoor cinema, mini-golf course, bowling alley and a selection of picnic, barbeque and pizza areas.
With construction set to begin soon, the tower is expected to be completed in 2027.
